Graphic Designer

• Produce quality work in a fast–paced environment within an internal process–driven systems structure, meeting deadlines and client expectations for quality, creativity, and accuracy
• Develop, design, and format rich interactive content based on customer instruction
• Work with other graphic designers and/or design supervisor to ensure adherence to brand standards
• Develop various user Deloitte interfaces and other Deloitte–branded Websites, utilizing advanced skills in Flash, XSLT, and JSP that contribute to a high quality customer experience
• Collaborate with customers and design professionals in order to produce effective and accurate work
• Manage a project through all phases of development when necessary, creating concepts based on customer interaction, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product
• Serve as project manager when appropriate, coordinating multiple resources and ensuring consistent communication and deliverables
• Complete associated administrative tasks
• Work closely with other design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions

• A minimum of two years experience in corporate graphic design required (Portfolio should include samples of Flash animation, presentation design, multimedia projects, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities)
• Advanced knowledge of the Premium Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, and Excel) in a Microsoft Windows operating system
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• In depth knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 2.0 (ActionScript 3.0 preferred). Mastery of browser–based technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc. )
• Experience with XML technologies (XSLT, XPATH, XML, etc. )
• Perform quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments
• Expert with Web standards such as HTML5, CSS3, and javascript; ability to code and implement a variety of scripting solutions for Web pages
